Mr. Talbot is a member of the Complex Conservatorship Panel for Contra Costa County, a small group of highly qualified Conservatorship attorneys. Additionally, Matthew is on the Alameda County Attorney Referral Panel, an exclusive list of attorneys selected by the Court. Additionally, he is on the Discovery Facilitator Panel for Contra Costa County, a select group of attorneys with extensive litigation experience.
He has also been chosen specifically by the Courts to represent individuals in complex court proceedings involving Trusts, Estate Planning, and Conservatorships. In 2020, he was featured on ABC7 News for his Estate Plan work in the community.

Matthew was admitted to the California bar in 2006 and has practiced probate law in the San Francisco Bay Area since 2006. He earned his J.D. at the University of San Francisco and his Bachelor’s Degree from the University of California Berkeley.

He has taken an active role in mentoring other attorneys in the field and taught classes for both the County & California Bar Associations. Mr. Talbot is also a member of the Robert G.
